And what if the choice is an illusion? On the things that set this country’s direction — AUKUS, and alignment with the United States — all three hold the same position.
Sovereign Australia would shift that alignment away from the US and the UK. AUASIA instead: a neutral Australia, working towards a united Asia-Pacific held together by trade and diplomacy rather than by picking a side in someone else’s contest.
