The IPL radio interview I did a couple of weeks ago finally dropped — my first official interview. That was fun. There really is a lot to talk about. This is the beginning: much to say, much to debate, much to discuss.

As I said in the interview, the Moral's Mark is about building a detailed set of policies that will direct our nation back onto the correct path for all Australians — policies that will unite, and that will bring the best candidates and the elected together. It is offering a plan, it is offering debate, and it is offering an effort to unite good policy for the future of all Australians.
Pre-polling kicks off again this week, Monday to Friday, then Saturday is the big voting day across the electorate. Albo is in town. I wonder if he will hit the campaign trail for Georgia.
The last six days have been an eye opener. The beauty of a by-election, and of pre-polling, is that it is all in one location. It is high stakes for the WA state government, but it is also a barometer for federal politics — so a lot of high-level politicians have been present, handing out how-to-vote cards. It has been perfect for meeting people and discussing policy.
And it must be said: every candidate is running because they care about our nation and its future. They have ideas drawn from living in the system. They see the problems and they see fixes. From the Cannabis Party, to Jayne, a local who knows the issues in this electorate and how to fix them; to the Legalise Nature independent wanting to legalise mushrooms and plant medicine to heal; to the two majors, the Greens and One Nation stirring the pot and waking up the masses. Sixteen candidates, all with solutions and plans.
It will be a fun week. I will keep you posted on all the developments down in the car park at the closed Bunnings store, Port Kennedy.
