Day 63 Friday 21 August 2026 Secret Harbour, WA by Brett Murrell

WHERE’S ALBO?

Four candidates crossing the road outside a polling place, recreating the Abbey Road album cover, beside a life-size Where’s Albo cut-out.
Recreating the Abbey Road cover outside the polling place — and the fourth Beatle

Recreating the Beatles’ Abbey Road cover. Albo — come on mate, you’re letting us down. No time for waving.

The Prime Minister is in Perth, but did not grace us with his presence today, and apparently will not be attending to hand out how-to-vote cards for his state Labor compatriots. The state Liberals printed these Where’s Albo signs and brought the media down for a press conference — or a media stunt.

Kind of funny. And now I am the owner of a Where’s Albo sign.

Thanks to Paul Gullan from Legalise Nature, and Jim from One Nation, for helping with the media stunt.
